Verified collapse

Collapsing is the person’s right. Collapsing into “resolved” is earned.

A person folding a view and the system summarising work as resolved are different acts. A person may fold unresolved work at any time to do something else; the folded form keeps pending judgments and unknown outcomes visible. What waits for verification is not folding. It is the form that reads as “resolved”.

Collapse the object while Amazon’s outcome is unknown: the collapsed form still says so. Only after verification does it read “1,620 available to sell · Mapping verified”.

What the resolved form keeps

“A2 · available 1,620 · mapping verified”, with the production quantity 5,400 and each source’s relation one step away. Integration does not erase the difference; it keeps why the difference is valid.

Verified is time-bound

Verified is a claim that, at a time, within a scope and under premises, a result was confirmed. If a premise changes (the mapping, a permission, external data), the verification is re-opened. History keeps the old result without vouching for now (INV-12). That is what makes Systead’s Maintain a live check rather than a green decoration.
